Return Policy
All sales are final, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or otherwise offer refunds. If you order online and have an issue with your plant upon arrival, please document the issue photographically or via video recording within eight (8) hours of arrival time, and email a copy to info@theterrarium.com. If you purchase in-store and have an issue with your plant within five (5) days of purchase, please reach out to us - we will do all that we can to help bring your plant back to health.
