Epipremnum Champs Elysees // Grower’s Choice
PLANT INFORMATION
Epipremnum Champs Elysees is a rare climbing and trailing variety of Epipremnum. It displays neon green/chartreuse, heart-shaped leaves that may sometimes develop yellow or green variegation but this is rare. What makes this variety unique is its heavily ridged leaf underside, which make it appear to be melted or wrinkled. As the plant is allowed to mature and/or climb, its leaves will become more broad and its stems will become more ridged.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Epipremnum plants generally climb or trail as they mature. As indoor houseplants, they can be trained to climb up support structures like moss poles or allowed to trail down from hanging baskets.
Remember that each plant is unique, so closely monitor your plant and adjust its care based on its response. By providing the right conditions, you'll be rewarded with a stunning and healthy plant that adds a touch of tropical elegance to your indoor space.
Light
Provide bright, indirect light for your epipremnum. It can tolerate lower light conditions, but its coloration will be most pronounced and attractive in moderate to bright indirect light. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves.
Temperature
Maintain a comfortable room temperature between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Keep it away from cold drafts and sudden temperature fluctuations.
Watering
Allow the top inch of the soil to dry out before watering. Water thoroughly when needed, but ensure that the pot has proper drainage to prevent waterlogged roots.
Soil
Use a well-draining potting mix to prevent overwatering. A mix of regular potting soil, perlite, and peat moss or coconut coir works well.
Fertilization
Feed your epipremnum with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce or eliminate fertilization during the fall and winter when growth slows down.
Humidity
Epipremnum can tolerate average indoor humidity levels. However, it may benefit from increased humidity. Misting the plant or using a humidity tray can help.
Pruning
Trim any yellowing or dead leaves to maintain the plant's appearance and encourage new growth.
Potting
Repot your epipremnum when it becomes root-bound or outgrows its current container. Repotting is best done in the spring.
Dusting
Dust can accumulate on the leaves, hindering their ability to absorb light. Wipe the leaves gently with a damp cloth or give the plant a shower occasionally to keep it clean.
Pests and Diseases
Keep an eye out for common houseplant pests like spider mites, thrips, aphids, and mealybugs. If you spot any pests, take action promptly with appropriate treatments.
Rotation
To ensure even growth and avoid the plant leaning towards the light source, rotate it every couple of weeks.
